I am proud to share one game I discovered to chat with my inner self.

Pre requisite:

• Realize your ID is split into fragmented Selves. Welcome to the Multidimensional YOU.
• Cultivate wonder and excitement
• Willingness to play games

The more I study the psyche, the more I realize it’s all fragmented in different parts, each of them responding to a specific game: only you need to find the rules!

It appears that the inner self is a cheeky one, VERY PLAYFUL, that loves childish games. His favorite is called HIDE & SEEK.

THE GAME

After too much of divine boredom in realms of timeless pleasures and boundless eccentricities, the soul decided to spice things up a little. It created an exquisite tension system sustained by Death & Life where Time was introduced followed by Seriousness – cause and consequences.

He then throwed us, EGOS,  in the theatre of Life, with the vibrant quest of finding itself. Who am I?

THE RULES

Attitudes, ideas, emotions, the Ego gets in the changing room where he disguises itself in different identities, desperately looking for HIS. A good joke hey! LAUGH!

At times goes, he tries on different B.S. until he eventually finds the ones allowing full expression to his most private secrets.

PLAYING TIME

Engage with yourself a discussion by asking yourself questions, speaking it out. Play the game childishly and let slowly the experiment divide itself into two characters. – The one that knows and the one that doesn’t. - You will slowly slide into an interesting discussion between two old friends: the ego discovering its soul content.

(I have to say I was using mind altering substances to do that, it works great but I can’t advise it.)

Get ready for some density…for example my voice changed as the personalities discussed!!
