As a response to a beautiful article introduced to me by my friend Tim, I thought I might as well share some of my insight and personal views on that matter.

Not long ago, I found a very meaningful point upon the behavior of Css (Consciousness). It all came as one question Seth was asking:

What makes you question the nature of your own worth, your own validity? (in other words, where do come from that inner guilt deeply rooted in our genes, common to most of us ?)

The answer was not long to be heard. It came through by looking at the evolution of consciousness in a larger perspective. As a reminder, EVERY consciousness is unique. Be it human or mineral. They just differ.

In our probable reality (read history) consciousness decided to add another dimension to its experience and separated itself from its source. By doing so, it was able to see itself from a new perspective. It consciously forgot who it was. Objectification was born. Language followed. Things seemed to be outside….Human consciousness was born.

Its new creativity gave birth to two amazing concept that the psyche has been playing with as kids plays with cubes : Guilt and his twin brother Compassion.

Originally, guilt is not meant to be a burden but rather a built-in radar to keep HARMONY in the universe. Natural guilt tells in advance what you should not do for the sake of the whole.

Beware of Artificial guilt though. Here is another creative tool that consciousness has embarked upon, playing with behavior pattern. A very efficient drain for the energetic body indeed (more ice cream?) and amazingly efficient when manipulated by religious dogmas through irrelevant associations (more apple??).

As Css evolved, its kept knowing itself flying thru new B.S. Call it history. The God concept (call it myth) was always there on its side to remember who it really was. It gave it a direction to go as much as sense of security (look at the evolution of myths to get a better understanding of how the psyche evolved regarding its own idea of itself…wow, its getting loopy here!). As the idea evolved into ever changing pattern and creative response, call it growth, it reached a time threshold that un incarnated spirit sometimes call “the great collapse”: NOW. Until NOW, Beliefs evolved in a unique way, emphasizing destructive pattern resulting as an ever increasing distance separating the creation from its origin. On a large time scale, you could look at it like the creative force of anger, manifesting its desperate need to meet with LOVE again.

-The bad news, “psychic storm ahead!”. The good news, the sun shines brighter after the rain. -

Now, I see myself as a weird by-product of interweaving Beliefs between a Religious System that qualifies us as original sinner in need of suffering to deserve recognition (read sin confession to be granted heaven entry tickets) and a Darwinist System that rapes the soul and its beauty, granting dead matter its meaningless evolution strategy through fight wisdom.

- But where is beauty, grace, ecstasy and love? -

One makes you a sinner, the other one a meaningless reproducting bodymachine. Both imply a belief in UNWORTHINESS. They are saying that BAD is powerfull and goodness is weak.

- And so everyday you go to work with broken dreams and a dead soul, making a martyr of yourself and feeding on yummy artificial guilt (more ice cream?). -

No wonder why people are so afraid of strong emotions, selfish pleasure, ecstatic love. As soon as vitality is allowed, an unconscious Guilt sign rise up and tell you: “ hophophop my dear, its a private party tonight!”

I see guilt as a selfish bastard that wants to eat the whole cake. From a shamanic perspective, a highly powerful entity scary as hell.

But salvation is not far. It actually lies under your eyes right now: I call it KNOWLEDGE. It will take you a few tools on the way: belief, courage, honesty and commitment. And maybe some other ones I forgot. All this to attain a radical forgiveness with yourself. Be ready to cry… but truth shall make you free.

This forgiveness, as I see it now, is one of the unlocking key that will open the door to new directions, as I want it, of consciousness: RE-UNIFICATION.

Just imagine for a moment. RE-UNIFYING with nature BUT this time with the conscious knowledge of a distinct identity. A new dimension is added. Here will follow all of your wildest dream….are you a dreamer ???
